There isn’t a lot to report. Today Katelyn will have a bunch more tests run. She will have an MRI and an EKG. It will take quite a while to get the results back from these tests. The good news is that she continues to do well and not show any more signs of problems. She keeps nursing and eating record amounts. (They can tell how much she gets by weighing her before and after feeding.)
Brandon is also doing well. They are working hard to get him off of as many medications as possible. He is growing and should be at 1500 grams within a day or two. We will still need to talk with surgery to see what the plans are for his next operation. In any case, he is doing well.

So sorry to hear you had a rough weekend. Sometimes the hardest part is not knowing and waiting for test results.
We would still be more than happy to have Blake and Derek come play.
Kevin has the name and phone number of our insurance agent for the hospital indemnity insurance. We have policies through both Aflac and Time. He took care of all of the paperwork and came to me to sign the papers...nice when you don't have the time to research it yourself. Our agent has been really good about working with us.
I know paperwork can seem so trivial and bothersome in these kind of situations, but it has also given me some sense of control when I feel like everything else is out of my control. It also feels good to take steps to help pay for all of it.
